I’m a mental health therapist and business coach in Clowne, Chesterfield. I specialise in helping women grow – personally and professionally – & build bloody brilliant businesses! I LOVE what I do.

It’s important that you know – these events aren’t cliquey and you won’t find a scrap of bitchiness or toxic negativity. It’s not fluffy and filtered either – it’s genuine, honest, kind and supportive – like EVERYTHING that I run. It’s a massive value of mine. I’m in the trenches with you – and I really truly understand spinning all those plates!
