Our habits will make us or break us.

If you’re sick of “intending” to start new things, “deciding” that today will be the day that all of your habits magically “start” then the habit tracker is for you!
Simply write your habits down the left-hand side and colour in the box for the days you do them. Don’t break the chain!!
There’s an example of mine included – if you’ve never met me before, then MITS are Most Important Tasks; 3x jobs a day to move me forwards!
