Hi,
I’m Maxine Dillon, of Filter Free Business, where I help small business owners free up their to-do lists with done-for-you social media content, planning, and strategy that actually fits their life (not the other way around).
After starting my business post-pandemic, I realised how many brilliant people were struggling to show up online consistently, not because they didn’t care, but because they were juggling everything else. That’s where I come in.
I’ve built the business and its support around my core values of integrity, commitment, love, family, and hard work. I believe in genuine connections, not corporate jargon, in conversations over coffee, not complicated marketing talk. My approach is simple: real support for real people.

BEHIND THE BRAND
When I’m not creating content or running workshops, I’m usually in full-on Mum mode juggling life with my two amazing kids Ethan & Elicia and our brilliantly blended family with Leigh and Freddie.
Coffee keeps me going by day, and a glass of wine sometimes does the same by night, its all about balance, right?
I’ve loved (and participated in) theatre, dance, and music since I was five, and that creative streak still runs through everything I do, whether it’s storytelling through social media or just dancing around the kitchen with the kids.
Whenever I get the chance, I’m happiest by the sea or off exploring somewhere new. Travel clears my head and fuels my ideas it’s where some of my best content inspiration comes from!
And at the heart of it all, I’m a big believer in community and connection, both in business and life. The same way I collaborate with local businesses, I love supporting and celebrating the people around me because everything’s better when we lift each other up.
